Me, Grammy, and Kaitlin took one of her BFF's to the Zoo. We took a picnic, but ended up "tailgating" on the medical center rooftop parking since everyone else in Houston thought that the zoo was a great idea for Spring Break. We made the best of it & once we finally got into the zoo - had a great day! We even ran in to some of my neices and nephews while there.
After the zoo, we went to Chili's for dinner and to see Rango (two thumbs down from the adults).
This was a great start to a great Spring Break 2011!
