I watched a movie once (I think it was called The Story of Us with Michelle Pfeifer and Bruce Willis) and every night at dinner each member of the family had to share the best part of their day and the worst part of their day. It is a great way to appreciate the little things, to vent about the crummy things, but most importantly to keep it all in perspective.
